MIKE FOCHAK Suddenly on Friday February 4, 2000, Mike Fochak aged 76, passed away at the Holy Family Nursing Home where he resided for 42 years. Mike was born January 10, 1924 in Julius MB. He lived there with his parents for 34 years and then in Tyndall. Mike was predeceased by his parents, sister Mary, brother Bill, and nephew Ron Nykoluk. Mike is survived by his brother Nick Fochak (Teenie) of Beausejour, sister Pauline Nimchuk (Dennis) of Transcona, as well as a number of nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 8, at 1:00 p.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Ave. East, Beausejour, Rev. Fr. John Sholdak, the celebrant. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Holy Family Nursing Home. The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff and volunteers at the Holy Family Nursing Home for the care the gave him over the years.
