CORNELIUS J. GERBRANDT Peacefully on February 7, 2000, Cornelius J. Gerbrandt passed away at the Altona Personal Care Home. Cornelius J. Gerbrandt leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Zelma (Dave) Coombs, children Cynthia (Doug) Philip and Ian; John and daughter Kelsey; Mary (Ray) Hildebrand, children Doug and Kevin; Peter and son Justin; Irvin (Betty), children Trisha, Katherine, Carla, Valerie and Sarah; Dorothy (Ken) Froese, children Paul and Laura; son-in-law Dave (Sylvia) Froese, children Cheryl (Richard) Walker, Jennifer, Andrea and Julie. Also by his sister Helen Dyck. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Elsie, daughter Betty and two grandsons, his parents John and Katharina Gerbrandt, sisters Margaret and Mary and brothers Nick, John and Jake. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 11 at 11:00 a.m. from the Lowe Farm Bergthaler Mennonite Church in Lowe Farm, Manitoba with interment to follow in the Lowe Farm Cemetery. Viewing will be held at the Morris Funeral Home in Morris, Manitoba on Thursday, February 10 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and at the Church prior to the service. In memory of Cornelius J. Gerbrandt donations may be made to the Altona Personal Care Home for equipment for the home. Wiebe Funeral Home Altona Ltd. in care of arrangements.
