FRANK MOZDZEN On Sunday, February 6, 2000, Frank Mozdzen, at the Stonewall Hospital, Frank Mozdzen aged 78 years, beloved husband of Dorothy Mozdzen of Stonewall. Frank was born in Wolica, Poland January 9. 1922 and moved to Alonsa, Manitoba in 1929. In 1939 he joined the Canadian Forces and served overseas until 1945. Following his discharge he married Dorothy Caha in October 1945 and they resided at Riding Mountain until 1962 when they moved to Stonewall, where they farmed until his death. He was predeceased by his mother and father and two brothers Edward and Stanley. Surviving besides his beloved wife Dorothy are his children, Roy (Pat), Ernie (Margaret), Margaret (Murray) Bond, Tom (Karen), Robert (Kim), Marie (Hugh) Bond, and Jean (Myles) Hodge; 18 grandchildren, Jeffery, Lindsay, Ryan, Tanya, Camilla, Felicia, Alexandra, Shelley, Cindy, Jennifer, Mathew, Ian, Shauna, Kirby, Clayton, Jodi, Timothy and Scott. There are three brothers Joe, Mike and Henry and two sisters Sophie Korchinsky and Annie Grudeski and their families. A Prayer Service will be held in the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall on Wednesday, February 9 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall on Thursday, February 10 at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Fr. S. Gacek will officiate, interment to follow in the Stonewall Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frank may be made to the Dr. Evelyn Memorial Hospital, Stonewall. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of the arrangements.
