JOYCE MARUSCHAK (HRYCKIW) Suddenly on February 8, 2000 at the Selkirk General Hospital at the age of 62 years. Joyce was predeceased by her mother and father, two brothers, two sisters and one son Harvey. Joyce leaves to mourn her passing, her husband Peter; son Roger (Donna), Perry (Kim), daughter Melody (Wayne) daughter-in-law Donna Avila (Bill) nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Anne Srutwa (Victor) and Elsie Pazdzerski. Joyce was born and raised in Manitoba. She married Peter in 1953. Joyce was a loving mother and raised her family in Winnipeg. Her hobbies included gardening, cards, board games, baking and creating beautiful afghans. Joyce spent over 20 years as a school bus driver for the Seven Oaks School Division. Joyce and Peter spent their retirement years in Winnipeg Beach, Manitoba. Pallbearers will be Adolf Sabaski, Ronny Pazdzerski, Eddie Dziedzic, Terry Prysiazniuk, Ross Buchanan, Tony Reimer, Ben Solmundson and Bill Avila. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Flowers are appreciated, or donations may be made in Joyces memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 102-310 Broadway Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6.
