HELEN MILLER CAMPBELL At the Deer Lodge Hospital on February 10, 2000, Helen Campbell passed away following a lengthy illness. Helen was born in Windsor, Ontario on July 5, 1913, to Edward and Lora Hicks. She attended Ontario Ladies College and studied at Toronto Conservatory of Music until her marriage to William James Campbell in 1937 in Windsor, Ontario. She achieved a silver and gold medal from Ontario Ladies College. She was very active in the Manitoba Druggists Association, Womens Auxiliary, since 1950. Helen was predeceased by her husband, William, in 1986 and daughter Nancy in 1997. She is survived by her son John (Linda) of Kelowna, B.C., and daughter Barbara of Winnipeg, as well as grandsons Mark and Garth Blum, and granddaughter Patricia Blum, and great-granddaughter Skye May Blum. Many thanks for their love and support during her final years to dear friends, Ann and Ed Falk and daughter Maryann, Joan and Bob Giesbrecht, Donna and Bill Massier, Helen and Adam Sedor, Kay Campbell and Marlene and Morley Golden. Private internment at Neil Bardal Crematorium and Burial Service to be held at Tubmans Funeral Chapel in Wolseley, Saskatchewan at a later date. Flowers are gratefully declined, and donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. Special thanks to Dr. E.D. Blakeley and the wonderful nursing staff of 6 East and to Dr. J. D. Murray and the wonderful nursing staff of 4 West at Deer Lodge Hospital, who made life livable and so much easier for Helen in a loving and caring way.
