Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryETHEL PEARL FREEMAN (nee ARDIES) With sadness, the family announces the passing of their mother, grandmother, and sister Ethel Freeman on Monday, February 7, 2000 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 71 years. Ethel was born on August 26, 1928 in Winnipeg and attended Luxton and St. Johns Schools. She grew up in Winnipeg and then moved to BC. She returned to Winnipeg and worked at a medical office. After her retirement, Ethel volunteered at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Bnai Brith and Meals on Wheels as long as her health permitted. She is survived by her four sons, Rick (Donna) Radymski, Gary (Nancy) Radymski, Tim (Linda) Freeman and Paul (Wendy) Freeman. Her grandchildren are Matt, Katie, Rebecca, Jordan, Tosh, Daryl, and Craig. Her brothers and sisters are Bob (Rose) Ardies, George (Mary) Ardies, Pat Wilson and Janet (Bob) Stitt. Cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Ethels life at Fort Agazzi Rec Room, 1080 Henderson Hwy. at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 19. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada, 200-55 Donald St., Winnipeg, R3C 1L8 or The Manitoba Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation, 100 Olivia St., Winnipeg, R3E 0V9. Our family would also like to thank the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion during her illness. REST IN PEACE MOM WE LOVE YOU
