Anne will be fondly remembered by her many friends in Vancouver and Winnipeg. Prior to moving to Vancouver in 1957, her busy family life included active involvement in church and community efforts. The doors of Annes numerous homes in Winnipeg and Vancouver were always open to family and friends. She was a most gracious host who enjoyed cooking and baking. Her homes, bright and cheerful, always with fresh colourful flowers, were shared by all. Anne was a good Christian of Catholic Faith which instilled the basic tenets of caring, giving and sharing of herself and her family. She will be remembered for her constant and cheerful smile, sense of humour, generosity and devotion to all. Anne was called to the Mansions of Heaven on January 31, peacefully, as was her prayer and wish. A celebration of Annes life was held in Vancouver on February 7. If desired, remembrances may be made to the charity of your choice. May God bless our memory of her.
