DALE JACKSON ANDREW YURCHUK On February 4, 2000 Dale Jackson Andrew Yurchuk arrived early in Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre at 6:51 a.m. He blessed us with 14 hours 54 minutes of brave, strong, courageous life but was just too small to fight a sudden infection. He leaves to mourn his passing his father Dale; mother Erin; and big brother Tyler John William; grandparents, Eric and Verna Stewart all of Brandon; grandparents, John and Darlene Yurchuk of Nesbitt; Aunt Johanne Yurchuk of Winnipeg; aunts and uncles, Teri and Mike Harris, Gerri and Brian Grindey; cousins, Lacee Mae, Kara Marie, Alexandra Theresa all of St. Albert, AB. Many great aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. The family Ceremony was held at Memories Chapel on Tuesday, February 8 with an interment service following in the Brandon Childrens Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in memory of Jackson may be made to the Neonatal Unit, Childrens Hospital, 820 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg R3A 1R9 or to Compassionate Friends of Southwestern Manitoba, #2 - 1321 - 13th Street, Brandon, R7A 4S5. A special thanks to all who loved and cared for our son - Doctors and nurses at Health Sciences Centre, Neonatal Unit, Childrens Hospital, Winnipeg and Dr. Lee Kwen, Dr. Sutter and staff of the Brandon Regional Health Centre. Arrangements were with Memories Chapel & Pre-Planning Centre, Brandon. He was dearly loved and needed. We will miss him always.
