Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT GORDON REES MARSHALL Suddenly in Surrey, on February 11, 2000 at the age of 83 years. He was a retired employee of Canadian Pacific Railway. Mourning his loss are his loving friend and companion, Lucinda Gledhill; his son Clare and daughter-in-law Pat; grandchildren, Judy and Jeff; his sister Doris Soulsby and nieces, Jennifer, Stephanie and Barbara. Predeceased by his loved wife Bertha. He will be sadly missed by his many friends and other relatives. Gordon was born in Naniamo, B.C. on July 30, 1916. He started working for the Canadian Pacific Railway on Vancouver Island in the late 1930s, he worked on the prairies, Indonesia, Montreal and Vancouver, retiring in 1975. A memorial service will be held at St. Marks Anglican Church, Ocean Park 12953 20th Ave. South Surrey, B.C. (604) 535-8841 on Thursday, February 17 at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or other charity of choice would be gratefully acknowledged.
