Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTEPHIE MOLITOWSKY Peacefully on Sunday, February 13, 2000 with her family by her side, Stephie went to be with her Lord and Saviour. Stephie was born on March 12, 1922 to Steve and Irene Nychek of Oakburn, Manitoba. She attended the Teachers College in Winnipeg in 1944 and later received her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Winnipeg. She spent thirteen years in rural classrooms and in 1962 she was employed by the Lord Selkirk School Division until her retirement in 1990. Stephie was a true professional, constantly improving her skills in order to help her students. She was always willing to assist her colleagues with practical suggestions and support. Stephie took pride in her family and valued the strong bonds between her children and grandchildren. Throughout her life she stood by her family with her love, support and encouragement. Stephie was predeceased by her husband William in 1981, her father in 1961, her mother in 1959 and her sister Anne in 1960. She leaves to mourn her passing her son Allan, wife Shelley and grandson Matthew, son Melvin, wife Crystal and grandsons Brendin and Jarret. She also leaves to mourn her passing brother Peter of Oakburn, sisters Mary and Mildred of Winnipeg and sister Rose of Sandy Lake, along with numerous nephews and nieces and friends whom she cherished. A special thank you to Dr. Demsas, Dr. Lindenschmidt, Diane Stolar and all the nurses and staff at the Selkirk General Hospital for their kindness, patience and support shown our family during Moms illness. Thank you for taking such good care of our Mom. May God bless you in a special way for being so kind to all of us. A private family interment will take place at St. Clements Cemetery. A celebration of Moms life will be held on Thursday, February 17 at 1:00 p.m. at Selkirk Community Church located at 210 Main Street in Selkirk, with Pastor Don Petker officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Selkirk General Hospital, Box 5000, Selkirk, MB, R1A 2M2. John 11:25-26 Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die."
