Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRONALD JEFFERY HAMILTON "HAMMY" Accidentally, on February 12, 2000, Ronald Hamilton at the age of 49 (50) years. He was born on November 7, 1950 in the city of Winnipeg. Ron was predeceased by his parents, Ronald George Hamilton (November, 1991) and Lorna Rae Hamilton (nee Jefferys, September, 1981). Left to mourn is his "better half", Shellan (Tye and Heath) his pets, Brandy and Mew; his sister Lori Ann Rae Parker, brothers, Bruce (Rose), Brian (Darlene) and Rob Hamilton; his nephews, Jason and Kevin and nieces, Lisa and Amanda. Ron will be sadly missed by his relatives, extended family; and numerous friends. Over the years Ronnie enjoyed playing baseball, hockey, skidooing and demolition derbys, (Meat Draws) and most of all woodworking in "This Old Garage" where he built his bird houses. Ron lived and worked as a plumber in Winnipeg until 1996 when he fulfilled his dreams by building his dream home at the lake. Ron operated his own business at Whytewold. (Dress code optional - plaid pants.) A memorial service conducted by Fr. Ray, will be held on Friday, February 18, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 265 Flora Ave. at 2:00 p.m. A Memorial gathering will also be held on Saturday, February 19, between 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Matlock Hall. The family considers all his friends as honourary pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7.
