DOROTHY JONES SWENSON (nee GRAY) February 2, 1935 - February 8, 2000 Peacefully on February 8, 2000, Dody passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at her home in Milford, Iowa. Dody was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Isabel Gray; husband Franklin Jones and stepson Franklin Jones Jr. Dody leaves to mourn her passing her beloved husband Roger Swenson; sons, Peter Watt Jr., Kevin (Fran) Watt, Randy (Donna) Watt of Winnipeg; stepchildren, Sabrina (Jones) and Terry Pardue of Nashville, Tenn., Gary (Kay) Swenson of Milford, Iowa, Steve (Sue) Swenson of Spencer, Iowa; sister Barb Skimming of Winnipeg; brother Ernest (Annalee) Gray of Minneapolis, Minn. Grandchildren, Shannon, Amanda, Jackie, Zachery, Scott, Shane, Becky, Jackie; great-grandchild Jorden, many other family members and friends. Dody cherished her winters in Mesa. Also growing up as a child at the family cottage at Grand Beach and later in life golfing with Roger. She also enjoyed crafts and other handiwork. Dody cherished all the friends she made along the way. Cremation and funeral service has taken place on Saturday, February 12 in Milford, Iowa. "Good-bye Mom, we will miss you."
