FLORENCE EMILY PETERSEN July 26, 1925 - February 19, 2000 Ab Petersen is sad to announce the passing of Florence, his wife, companion and best friend for over 53 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Gaye Sydenham (Bob) of Edmonton; her granddaughter, Terri Thomas (Fred) and great-granddaughter Taylor Thomas of Lethbridge. A very special thank you to the staff of Concordia Hospital for their kindness to and care of Florence during her stays there. Special thanks also to the many friends who ensured that Ab and Florence had their time together during her final days. In keeping with Florences wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 2B7.
