STANLEY TOMICKI Peacefully, on Saturday, February 19, 2000 Stanley Tomicki passed away at River East Personal Care Home at the age of 90. Stanley was born in Poland January 18, 1910 and came to Canada in 1916. He lived in Windsor, Ont., where he was employed at Ford Motor Co. He moved to Winnipeg working at C.N.R. as a warehouseman at the Express Department. He retired in 1975 after 29 years of service. Stanley and Marie loved to travel to Europe, Hawaii and the United States. He loved watching sports and television and dining out. Left to mourn his passing are son Ron (Sandra) daughter Gloria (Rod) grandchildren, Derek, Rona, Peter, Serena, Jamie and Steven. He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Marie, in 1997. Funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, February 25 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. Interment to follow in Holy Family Cemetery.
