Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWALTER DEMERY Suddenly on Friday, February 18, 2000 at St. Boniface Hospital, Walter Demery, age 78 of Selkirk, MB, passed away. Walter was born at Pleasant Home, MB on March 26, 1921. He was predeceased by his wife Marie. Walter worked at the Selkirk Mental Services Hospital as a Registered Male nurse for many years retiring in 1987. Walter loved to travel and would always avail himself in helping his family and friends. His infectious laughter and sense of humour will be missed. He is survived by his sister Anne Yarotski of Winnipeg and his brother Merlin and his wife Stephanie of White Rock, BC; his nieces, Penny and Dawn; as well as Carissa, daughter of Penny. In accordance with Walters wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. Cropo Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements; 586-8044.
