HENRY EDWARD (ANDY) MULLA At the Riverview Health Centre, after a lengthy battle with cancer, Henry (Andy) passed away at the age of 75 on February 18, 2000. Henry was predeceased by his wife Wilma in 1989. He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his children, Greg (Sandie), Pat Preston (Ken), Marlene Mulla and Dorene Wolfe (Jake) and grandchildren, Shelley (Mike) and Scott Mulla, Dyonne Mulla, Sherri, Melody and Kelley Drolet, and Dana and Brent Preston. Dads special joy was always the little ones, and he will be sadly missed by his great-grandchildren, Ataya, Shaela and Trevor. Henry is also survived by brothers, Albert (Barbara), Paul (Shirley) and Edward (Shirley) and sister Gladys Gessie; many nieces and nephews and many good friends. Dad served overseas during the Second World War with the Queens Own Cameron Highlanders, and was a member of Branch 84 of the Royal Canadian Legion for the past 50 years. For more than 30 years, some of Dads happiest times were spent at his cottage. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and in healthier times served on the executive of the St. Hubertus Game and Fish Association. He was a member of St. Barnabas Anglican Church and was active in the Mens Club for many years. The family want to extend special thanks to the staff of the Palliative Care Ward 3E at the Riverview Health Centre, and Dads VONs for their care in the past few months. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 23 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 24 in St. Barnabas Anglican Church, 730 McPhillips at Magnus, with the Rev. Fr. Bob English officiating.
