Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFLORENCE LOUISE CARROTHERS (nee RICHARDSON) Peacefully, on February 24, 2000 at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 70 years. Florence leaves to mourn her passing her family, many friends, her associates of the Jubilee Chapter of the Eastern Star and the International Order of Jobs Daughters. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held in Florences memory at the Eastern Star Chalet, 525 Cathcart, on Sunday, March 26, at 7:00 p.m. Members of the Eastern Star will participate.
