KENNETH ARTHUR RUSK Kenneth Arthur Rusk, of Flin Flon, Manitoba, passed away suddenly at the ranch near Benito, Manitoba. Ken grew up on a farm near Kenville. In 1961, he graduated from Swan River High School, moved to Flin Flon, and began working at Dembinskys. In 1972, he bought The Ranch near Benito and stared farming and ranching. Ken and Dayle married on May 8, 1976. Ken filled his life with his family and friends - taking Myles to hockey, joining Lindsay and Rhonda in Karate, and given Tanna Canadian history lessons. Ken loved horseback riding, farming, skiing, playing badminton, tennis and the camaraderie of curling and golfing. Ken is survived by his wife Dayle; his children, Myles, Rhonda, Lindsay and Tanna; his sisters, Marilyn (Arnold) Staples of Benito, Debbie (Gary) McCullough of Andrew, Texas and Fay Rewerts of Abbey, Saskatchewan and his nieces and nephews. Funeral Services were held Friday, January 14, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Anns Roman Catholic Church with the Reverend David Maynard. Honorary Pallbearers are everyone fortunate enough to call Ken their friend. Dadson Funeral Home of Flin Flon was entrusted with the arrangements, 204-687-5821.
