ELSIE WILSON Peacefully on February 26, 2000, with her family at her side, at the St. Boniface Hospital, Elsie, beloved wife of Don Wilson, of Winnipeg, died at the age of 47 years. Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter Lisa (Dave Dorsett) her stepdaughter Wendy (Ralph) Schmidt of Kelowna, B.C.; her stepson John (Melissa) and two grandchildren, Jack and Ryley. She is further survived by her mother Nettie Falk and three sisters, Ruth (Abe), Marilyn (Cliff) and Lorraine and one niece Sara. She was predeceased by her father Henry Falk in 1991. Elsie will be remembered by her passion for life, her strength of character, her love for her family and for children and her tremendous spirit. She has been a great inspiration to many. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 1, at 2:00 p.m., at Sterling Mennonite Fellowship, 1008 Dakota St., with Pastor Norm Voth officiating. Interment to follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. If friends desire, donations may be made to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, available at the service.
