Eveline enjoyed fishing, curling, bowling, travelling, gardening, playing cards, cooking and what she was loved and admired the most for - being our Mom. Thinking back brings memories of such special family ties, beautiful Christmases, Sunday rides and making fires in the bush with her and Dad, walks together, our camping and fishing trips, family meals, working together, our "little talks" and all the other things you gave to our home and family. Mom, you taught us the important things in life - faith, laughter, patience, honesty, courage, sharing, to always try our best, but most important to love each other. Viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. followed by prayers at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 1, in the Notre-Dame de Laus Church in Powerview. Funeral Service will then take place at 11:00 a.m. with Father Rene Chartier presiding. Interment will follow at the Pine Falls Cemetery, followed by a gathering in the Powerview Church basement. Pallbearers will be Louis Laurin, Collin Nault, George Laurin, Maurice Nault, Robert Perrin an Robert DuFour. Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Niemand and all the special staff who gave Mom the care and comfort she received during her illness. Thank you for all you gentleness and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pine Falls Health Complex Auxiliary. SOME FRIENDSHIPS ARE FOR ALWAYS Weve shared the kind of closeness thats grown deeper throughout the years, Weve seen the ups, weve known the downs, Weve shared the smile and tears, And through it all, Ive learned one thing - That there could never be A dearer person in all the world Than the mother you were to me.
