PAULINE (PEARL) TARQUINIO (nee ROSNYK) It is with great sorrow and sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear sister Pauline (Pearl) at the age of 80. She was the fourth child born to Nettie and Nicholas Rosnyk on October 17, 1919 and grew up in the Point Douglas and North End areas of Winnipeg. Her education was received at Norquay School and St. Johns High School. She moved to Toronto in the early 1940s where she lived and worked until her return to Winnipeg in 1974. Her final years of employment were spent in Sears Cafeteria, Garden City. A loving, caring and generous person, she will be sadly missed by her family. May she rest in peace. Pauline is survived by her brother, Bill (Ollie) in Edmonton; her sisters, Anne (Stan) Flasher in Toronto, Evelyn in Winnipeg and Joan (Bert) Aikens of Rochester, MN. Also survived by five nephews, three nieces, five great-nephews and three great-nieces. She was predeceased by her mother in 1965; her father in 1971; her sister Ollie Migasiuk in 1992 and her brother Mike in 1994. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service and interment of cremains will be held at Brookside Cemetery, 3030 Notre Dame Ave., on Wednesday, March 1 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Cliff McMillan officiating. Should friends so desire, donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. Cropo Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements, 586-8044.
