ANNIE BORTHWICK YULE
Date of Passing: Feb 27, 2000
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNIE BORTHWICK YULE It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother Annie Borthwick Yule at Concordia Hospital on February 27, 2000. She leaves to mourn sons George and Joe, daughter Isobel, daughters-in-law Freda and Debbie, grandchildren Tracey, Big John, Wee John, Kelly, Teri, Robert and Scott, great grandchildren Keith, Christopher, Darryl and Shastyne. Mom, you were a very small woman who touched everyone you met with a heart big enough to surround us all. You gave us unconditional love and you will live in our hearts forever. Mom left us with this message. To Those I Love and Those Who Loved Me When I am gone, release me, let me go.. I have so many things to see and do, You mustnt tie yourself to me with tears, Be happy that we had so many years. I gave to you my love, you can only guess, How much you gave to me in happiness. I thank you for the love you each have shown, But now its time I travelled on alone. So grieve a while for me if grieve you must, Then let your grief be comforted by trust. Its only for a while that we must part, So bless the memories within your heart. I wont be far away, for life goes on, So if you need me, call and I will come. Though you cant see me or touch me, Ill be near, And if you listen with your heart, youll hear, All of my love around you soft and clear. And then, when you must come this way alone, Ill greet you with a smile and say, "Welcome home." In accordance to Moms wishes, cremation has already taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Dugald United Church, 702 Jaffray Street, Dugald, Manitoba, Thursday, March 2 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald Street, R3B 2H8. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.

It was just by chance that I thought of doing a Google search of my father's relations in Winnipeg and came across this. I remember how kind Annie was after my mother died when I was a small child. I know this entry is now 20 years old, but would really appreciate it if you could pass this message on to Isobella, George or Joe. With kind regards Janet. - Posted by: Jan Finn (Daughter of Hendry ( Annie's brother)) on: Jul 07, 2020
