ISRAEL (EARL) NIZNICK It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Earl Niznick on February 28, 2000 in Palm Springs. Earl is survived by his loving wife Natalie and is lovingly remembered by his children, Stuart Niznick and Franci (Stan) Nashen of Montreal. He was adored by his grandchildren, Erin and Abbi and Jordan and Danielle. Earl will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews to whom he was like a father. He also leaves to mourn great nieces, nephews and cousins. Earl was born in Winnipeg on April 12, 1916. He was predeceased by his parents, Celia and Jacob Niznick. He was also predeceased by his brother Sam, Edward and Harry Niznick. The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 3 at 11:00 a.m. at Rosh Pina Synagogue with interment at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery. Donations may be made in his memory to the Scholarship Fund at the Gray Academy of Jewish Education or the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation.
