PETER (PAT) FAYKES Peter passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the Victoria General Hospital on February 29, 2000 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 43 years, Tessie in 1994; his parents; many brothers, and one sister. Peter will be fondly remembered by his son Robert; his brothers, sisters; nieces, nephews; a large extended family and special friends. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (301-352 Donald St. R3B 2H8) in Peters memory. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 4 at 10:00 a.m. from the chapel at Glen Eden Funeral Home (4477 Main St.). Interment to follow in the Garden of Resurrection in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre.
