VIOLET JEAN McKAY It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our mom Violet Jean McKay of Fisher River, Man. at the age of 62 years. Violet is survived by her husband Edmund Sr.; children, Edmond Jr., Brian (Gloria) and Charles Mason; stepchildren, Lynn Marie McKay, Donna, Clarence and Roy; sister Ada McKenzie and Annette McCorrister, as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Violet was predeceased by her parents, Arthur Amos and Margaret Jane Hall; her grandparents who raised her, James and Maggie Bagg; sister Sara Murdock and by her brothers, Ernest Hall and Paul Amos. Violet was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved and thought a lot of her only grandchild Tyson Brian Boyd Amos, as well as her stepgrandchildren, Clarissa, Waylon and Gavin. Violet loved bingo and enjoyed being with her friends. Thank you for everything you did, we love you granny. A Wake service will be held on Sunday, March 5 at 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 6 at 2:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Stevens Memorial United Church, Fisher River with Rev.
