God saw you getting tired When no cure was meant to be, He wrapped you in His loving arms, And whispered "Come to Me". You suffered much in silence Your spirit did not bend, You faced your pain with courage, Until the very end. You tried so hard to stay with us, Your fight was all in vain, God took you in his loving arms, And freed you from your pain. You didnt deserve what you went through, And so He gave you rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • Just discovered the passing of Richard after watching a show on t.v. on Remembrance Day. I saw a picture of who I believe was his father or grandfather from WW 2. They looked exactly alike. I recognized him immediately and absolutely knew this war picture MUST have been related to Richard. I am sorry to hear of his unfortunate illness and his passing in 2000. The show was called Watts and Drost and was part of the program called Our War. I lived in Manitoba until 2006 when I moved to New Brunswick - Posted by: Vince Lelond (School mate (David Livingstone and Vincent Massey) on: Nov 11, 2024
