Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHARRY CHUBINSKI "HAPPY HARRY" Peacefully on March 3, 2000 with his wife and her family by his side, Harry Chubinski passed away at the age of 78 years. He was predeceased by his parents; and two sisters, Mary and Kay; as well as his six brothers, John, Peter, Mike, Willy, Nick and Alex. Harry leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 53 years, Lena, and his sister Rose of Edmonton. He also leaves numerous nieces and nephews. Harry was born in Glaslyn, Sask. in 1921, and he served his country overseas in the Second World War and he received an honourable discharge in 1945. Harry worked for Auto Supply until his retirement in 1982. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Wednesday, March 8 at 10:00 a.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St. Honorary Pallbearers will be Nick Zytaruk, Mike Zytaruk, Walter Derkach, John Mankewicz, Jim Miller, Lloyd Morin. The family wish to extend a special thanks to Dr. Permack and the staff of the 5th floor at the Victoria Hospital. Harry will be sadly missed and always remembered.
