BERTH CHARLES QUIGLEY On Sunday, March 5, 2000 at the Lundar Personal Care Home, Berth Quigley aged 67 years, formerly of Oak Point, Man. Born May 14, 1932, Berth had lived in the Oak Point District most of his life retiring to Lundar in 1998. He had worked as a carpenter and as a fisherman on Lake Winnipeg and Lake Manitoba. He is survived by his wife Kay; one son Bruce Allan (Marcy) one daughter Kerry Lea (Roger) Marion; three brothers, Pat (Mary), Roy (Lourdes) and Leonard (Priscilla) three sisters, Lucy (Howard) Meunier, Lavina Green and Mary (Jim) Hayward and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by three brothers, Francis, Manley and Norman. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 11, at 2:00 p.m. in the Oak Point Community Hall. Rev. R. Lewis will officiate. Interment will follow in the Oak Point Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Harold Farthing, Donald Farthing, Richard Quigley, Norman Green, Gerald Green and Dan McKnight. Mackenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall in care of arrangements.
