Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLILLIAN BROUGHTON It is with deep heartfelt sorrow, we announce the passing of Lillian Broughton on Friday, March 2, 2000 at the Riverview Health Centre. Lillian was born on January 4, 1904. She lived all her life in Winnipeg. Lillian worked as a secretary for the Canadian National Railways for 41 years, retiring in 1966. She enjoyed golf, bowling, travelling and has been a longtime member of the Canadian Womens Club. Lillian is survived by a sister Florence Brown of Vancouver; niece Shirley Broughton; nephews, Gordon Richardson, Russell Broughton of Winnipeg, William Brown, Vancouver; special great niece Kelly Richardson and other great nieces and nephews. Lillian was predeceased by her sisters, Margaret, Mae, Alice; brothers, Sam, Joe, John, James and Arthur. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 15, at 1:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 232 Kennedy Street.
