LINDA KASKIE Linda passed away peacefully at the Riverview Health Centre after a courageous battle with cancer on March 5, 2000. She was predeceased by her mother Edna and her father Anthony. Linda will be sadly missed by her loving husband Ken of 32 years; their children, Tina, Debbie (Daniel) granddaughters, Serena, Chelsea, Jenna and Kayla. She also leaves to mourn her brothers, Eldon (Judy), Eddy (Nicky) and her special friends, Donna (Donnie) and Mary (George). Linda will also be remembered by extended family and many other friends. God looked around His garden, And found an empty space. He then looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you, and lifted you to rest, Gods garden must be beautiful He takes only the best. He knew that you were suffering, He knew that you were in pain, He knew the road was getting rough And the hills were hard to climb. So He closed your weary eyelids and whispered "Peace be thine" It broke our hearts to lose you, But you did not go alone, For part of us went with you The day God called you home. Lindas family would like to thank all her friends, family, VON, homecare nurses, and all the staff at Riverview Health Centre for their kind and compassionate care. Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 10 at 10:00 a.m. from the chapel at Glen Eden Funeral Home. Interment Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
