MARJORIE MUNRO Marjorie Munro passed away at the Riverview Health Centre on March 6, 2000. She was born on November 2, 1915, the daughter of the late Thomas Lindsay Munro and Margaret Munro. Marjorie was a long-time employee of the Toronto Dominion Bank. She was a golf enthusiast and for many years was a member of the Niakwa Country Club. In later years, while she was unable to participate, she attended functions at the club and watched as much golf as she could on television. Cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 10, in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. The service will terminate in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, kindly make donations to Cancer Care Manitoba, 100 Olivia St., Winnipeg, Man., R3E 0V9 or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, Man., R3B 2H8.
