Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySOPHIE ANN CARSWELL Peacefully on Tuesday, March 7, 2000, Sophie Carswell, passed away at St. Boniface General Hospital. Sophie leaves to mourn her three sons, Rod Carswell, Barron Carswell and Craig Carswell, her sisters Helen Puttaert, Mary Twardowski, Janet Damberg, Julie McNeil, her brothers, Carl, Joe, Phil Drabik, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. Sophie was born and raised in Winnipeg Beach Manitoba, where she returned to live and become active in Municipal Affairs and community projects. Sophie also enjoyed careers in real estate and retail management. Those who knew her best appreciated her resourceful independence and unfailing dedication to her family. Her quick humour and generous spirit will be missed by those of us who loved her best. Sophie was a candle in the wind, the memory of her bright light should guide us all. Much thanks to the caring staff at St. Boniface General Hospital, 3B Ward. Cremation has taken place. Any donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
