LOUISE (DOLLY) LEZAK (nee PASTULA) Peacefully, with her family at her side on Tuesday, March 7, 2000 at the Seven Oaks Hospital, our Mother passed away at the age of 76 years. Mom was predeceased by her husband Joe in November 1983; sisters, Ella and Katie, and brothers, Joe, Bill and Stanley. She leaves to mourn her passing her daughter Sharon, son Brian (Kathleen) grandchildren, Alana (Wallace) Morin, Allan (Sherry), and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Alex and Victoria; sisters, Betty (Bill) Rosin and Vickie Mackew (Nick) numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Louise was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary Prince Edward Legion No. 81, she was a volunteer on the Royal Canadian Legion Joint Hospital Committee and also a member of the Senior Achievers. Mom also enjoyed being at the cottage at Lester Beach with family and friends. According to Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 14, at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel with Rev. Doug Longstaffe officiating. The family would like to thank the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital, 5th floor Units 1,2 and 3 for their care taken during Moms illness and many thanks to all who visited Mom in the hospital and sent flowers and cards. Flowers gratefully declined, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Dollys memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 100 Olivia St., Wpg., R3E 9Z9.
