JOE DANEAULT On March 11, 2000, after a lengthy illness, at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, Joe Daneault, beloved husband of Carmelle, passed away at the age of 74 years. He was surrounded by so much love from his many family members. We are so thankful to Dr. Giesbrecht, his nurses Ruth and Irene, all the Rehab Department, from the physiotherapists, the nurses, to the cleaning staff who did so much to make Joes stay as comfortable as possible. "Your loving care will always be remembered." Joe leaves to mourn his loving wife of 47 years, Carmelle; his chosen daughter Trudy (Bob) McKim and their children, Kellie, Dean, Natalie and Donald and their families, as well as his extended family, Grace Gryba and her children, Charlene (Jack) Rempel and their two boys, Jason and Andrew; Darcy and Lisa Gryba along with their three children, Colten and twin girls, Karie and Jayde. These families have brought us so much joy and are a continuous blessing. Also surviving Joe are three sisters, Rita Delorme, Armande Saurette, Jeanine (Howard) Akers and one brother Roger Daneault; sisters-in-law, Alma and Georgie Daneault, and on Carmelles side, Rolande Dionne, Claire Cadieux, Giselle (Ben) Comeault, Muriel (Nick) Shrader, Gilberte (Stan) Andruski and special brother Wayne and many nieces and nephews. Joe was predeceased by his parents Roch and Fabiola Daneault; two brothers, Jean-Martin and Marcel; nephew Jacques; in-laws, Megilde and Lea Bouchard; brothers-in-law, Aime Cadieux, Joe Delorme, Denis Saurette, Armand Dionne, "Butch" Richard Bouchard and his wife Leda. "What a reunion in Heaven." Carmelle would like to thank Lois Horvath as well as Frieda of the Homecare Dept., especially Peter Burgiss, Peter Fehr, Agatha Friesen and nurse Marilyn Rowe who showed us so much love and support. You made it possible for Joe to be at home until January 10, 2000. Many thanks to our Roman Catholic church family, Fr. Leo Couture, Diane and Monique as well as the M.B. ladies for their many prayers, phone calls, tears, hugs and kisses. Thank you to Maggie for standing by us. Your kindness will never be forgotten. At Joes request cremation has taken place to be followed by a "private family service" at Loewen Funeral Chapel. Thank you Bill Dyck for your kindness and looking after Joe so well. "There is coming a day when no heartaches shall come, No more clouds in the sky, No more tears to dim the eye, All His peace forever more On that happy Golden Shore, What a day, Glorious Day, that will be" Should friends so desire, donations may be made in Joes memory to Bethesda Hospital Rehab Care Unit towards the purchase of a "Hoyer" patient lift, or to Christ Our Saviour Parish Building Fund. Arrangements entrusted to Loewen Funeral Chapel, Steinbach. (204) 326-1351.
