Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJACK HYGAARD Suddenly, but peacefully on Wednesday, March 15, 2000, Jack passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Jack was born on February 1, 1924 in Cloverdale, MB. He was employed by Winnipeg Supply for 43 years and retired in 1990. He will always be remembered for his kind and generous spirit. Jack will be sadly missed by his children, Lynda, Shirley (Jerry), Laurie (Ron), Frank (Debbie), Audie (Bob), Scott, Stuart (Christine) and Kathy (Roy). He was also the proud Papa of 22 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by his loving wife Mae; infant daughter Leslie; granddaughter Angela; parents, Grant and Susan; brothers, Howard, Grant, Gerald and Desmond; and his sister Maureen. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 18 at 10:30 a.m. at the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, with Pastor Terry Throndson officiating. A viewing will be held one half hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Selkirk Lutheran Cemetery. His pallbearers will be his grandsons, Paul, Allan, William and Chris; his nephew Charlie; and son-in-law Bob. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk, in care of arrangements.
