CLAUDIA C. KALETA (nee LUZANSKI) April 19, 1917 - March 16, 2000 On March 16, 2000, Claudia Kaleta, age 82 years, passed away at the Seven Oaks General Hospital. Claudia was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba April 19, 1917. She loved to play the piano and achieved certification from the Toronto Conservatory of Music. She was a wonderful pencil artist creating many beautiful works of art. She also loved embroidering and especially loved taking care of her pets. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 1984; father Frank Luzanski; mother Vincentia Luzanski; daughter Lorraine in 1941 and son Frank in 1999. Claudia is survived by her daughter Audrey (Don Burtniak) sons, Ted and wife Charlene, and Ken and wife Ann; daughter-in-law Karon; grandchildren, Sherri, Chris, Tracy, Kevin, Corrina, Jennifer and Philip; great-grandchildren, Madison, Bradley, Chulainn, Chantal, Angelica and Starling. Prayers will be said on Sunday evening, March 19th at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. at Luxton Avenue. Funeral service will be on Monday, March 20 at 2:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, with Msgr Maurice Comeault P.H.F.V. officiating, with interment to follow the service at Holy Ghost Cemetery.
