Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVALERIE JOHANNA ARMSTRONG On March 13, 2000, after a courageous battle with cancer, Valerie Johanna (Charlie) Armstrong has gone to be with the Father. Val was born April 13, 1937 and raised in Great Falls, Man. She is survived by her loving husband and friend Bob; son Kevin (Deni) granddaughter Kailea; sister Corinne Boyes; nieces, Nancy and Sandra, relatives and numerous friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Dave and Corinne Jacques and her son Shawn. The family sends their heartfelt thanks to Dr. St. Rose, the staff at the Rotary Hospice House and the many friends who have kept Val and Bob in their prayers over the past year. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 18 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Marys Catholic Church, Prince George, B.C. with Father Fred Weisbeck officiating. Interment will take place at a later date at Green Acres in Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Vals name to St. Vincent de Paul or Rotary Hospice Hospital or to a charity of your choice.
