AMBROSE PAUL BUSHIE SR. On Friday, March 17, 2000 at 12:30 p.m. Ambrose Paul Bushie Sr., born on September 19, 1924, began his journey to the spirit world at the age of 75 years. He walks with the creator and his baby as both continue to watch over his family. He leaves behind to mourn his departure, his wife of 55 years, Virginia Bushie; sons, Harold (Elma), Paul (Velma), Lloyd (Oriole), Myles (Joyce), Pat (Lydia), Conrad (Flora), Neil (Cynthia) and Theodore (Sarah) daughters, Barbara (Bernard), Caroline (John), Theresa (Garnet), Merrilee (Jason), Kathleen and Shyanne (Jackie) 61 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. He joins his parents Rachel and John Bushie; brothers, John Bushie Jr. and George Bushie Sr.; sisters, Harriet, Flora, Philomene and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed and with each of us he left something special to remember him by. Wake services will be held on Saturday, March 18, Sunday, March 19, Monday, March 20 and Tuesday, March 21 at his residence in Hollow Water. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 22, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hollow Water Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Paradis officiating. Interment to follow at the parish cemetery. Good journey husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Pallbearers will be Denelle, Carey, Darcy, Ashley, Sheldon, Steven, Desmond, T.J., Jason and Vincent.
