JOHN TOMIAK John passed away at Kildonan Personal Care Home on March 17, 2000 at 79 years of age. John was predeceased by his beloved wife Stella; his parents; brother Mickey and sisters, Nettie, Nellie and Pearl. He will be missed by his brother Walter (Shirley) sisters-in-law, Irene (Gord), Kay Hume and Jean Tomiak as well as numerous nieces and nephews. John enjoyed his job as a letter carrier immensely and love selling lottery tickets, bowling and dancing. Johns family would like to thank all the nurses, activity workers, dietary, cleaning staff, aids, volunteers and supervisory staff for your kind and compassionate care for our brother and uncle. You are the people who make Kildonan Personal Care Home a place to be well respected and admired by all residents. Thanks again! A special thank you to niece Ingrid for her almost daily visits to Uncle John. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held in the summer at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens where John will be laid to rest at his wifes side.
