IMELDA CATELLIER (nee MORIN) 1921 - 2000 On Saturday, March 18, 2000, at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, MB, Mom passed away peacefully with her family praying together at her side. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 58 years, Etienne; children, Paul (Lucie), Estelle (Vic), Luc (Joelle), Annette (Mike), and 13 grandchildren. She is also survived by seven sisters, Armande, Juliette, Annette, Jeanne, Claire, Pauline and Aurore and by three brothers, Norbert, Leo, and Roland. Imelda was predeceased by her daughters, Simone in 1996, Suzanne in 1960, and Yvette in 1957; her parents, Alphonse in 1961 and Anna in 1984; her brothers, Marcel in 1947 and Armand in 1966. Mom worked hard all of her life. For the family and all those who visited, they will always remember a very clean house and plenty of home cooked meals for everyone, no matter when they dropped in. "Dear Mother, two things your family will always cherish are our small, comfortable house and home on the farm in Dufrost, Manitoba, and your big heart. Thank you. Enjoy your trip to heaven." Funeral service for Imelda will be held at the St. Malo Roman Catholic Church in St. Malo, MB on Wednesday, March 22. Viewing will take place at 10:00 a.m. Fr. Joseph Choiselat will celebrate the funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in the St. Malo parish cemetery following the mass.
