GERARD SIANE With great sadness we announce the passing of Gerard Siane, on March 20, 2000 at the St. Boniface Hospital. He will be forever loved and missed by his wife Eva Siane (nee Petrin) his sisters-in-law, Therese Somerset, Alma Petrin (Charles), Therese Petrin (Tommy) his nieces, nephews and many friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Juliette Trepanier from Quebec; his brothers-in-law, Joseph "Tommy" Petrin and Charles Petrin. Gerry was born in Montreal and raised in St. Adelphe, Quebec. He moved to Winnipeg in 1970. He married Eva in 1974. Gerry was employed with College St. Boniface until ill health forced him to retire. Prayer Vigil will be held Friday March 24 at 7:00 p.m. in the P. Coutu Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 25, at 10:30 a.m. also at the Chapel. Pallbearers will be six of his nephews. The family would like to extend their thanks to Tache Centre and St. Boniface General Hospital, Ward 5A, where he received wonderful care. A special thanks to Dr. Kramer.
