Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLIONEL PHILLIPS Mr. Lionel Phillips, aged 52 years, of Lac du Bonnet, Man. passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 21, 2000. He will be sadly missed by his two sons, Clayton (Debbie) and their son Jordan of Winnipeg, Man, Courtenay (Debbie) and their daughter Desirae of Winnipeg, Man; his mother Edna of Lac du Bonnet, Man; five brothers, Henry (Isabel) of Manigotagan, Man., Archie (Eileen), Brian, Stewart, and Robert all of Winnipeg, Man; four sisters, Winnie (Louis) Levstek, of Lac du Bonnet, Man., Geraldine (Ray) Ducharme, Carol (Gabe) Clark, Linda (Leo) Shea all of Winnipeg, Man; also many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Laurel; his grandparents, Louis and Margaret Simard; his father Harry; his sister Merle; his brother John and his father-in-law Gerry DeMuynk. Lionel enjoyed hockey having coached for 15 years. He loved to sing and play his guitar. He made many friends and always helped anyone who needed him. Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, March 25 at 11:00 a.m. at the Notre Dame du Lac Roman Catholic Church, Lac du Bonnet, with Rev. Fr. Richard Machura the celebrant. There will be viewing prior to the service. The service will terminate at the church with cremation to follow. Pallbearers will be Lionels brothers, Henry, Brian, Stewart, Robert, Archie and his friend Josh. Flowers are gratefully declined.
