Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMIRANDA MARJORIE DAVIDSON (PATZER) Peacefully on March 21, 2000 at the age of 87 years, Miranda Marjorie Davidson (Patzer) went home to be with her Lord. She is survived by her husband John; as well as one son Bert Patzer (Marilyn) of Beaconia; two daughters, Patricia Patzer and Rose Klatt of Winnipeg; two daughters-in-law, Julia and June Patzer of Beaconia; 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bert (Dolly) and Donavon Anderson; four sisters, Myrtle, Edna (Marty), Freda (Matt) and Marina Anderson; her aunt and uncle, Marge and Harry Newman and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband Roy Patzer; two sons, Blair and Claeburne; grandchildren, Wendy and Garry Patzer; one great-grandson Daniel Hourie; as well as her parents, Dan and Isabella Anderson; seven brothers and two sisters. Miranda was born and raised in the Balsam Bay area and in later years lived in Winnipeg. She loved to sing and play her button accordion. She was a faithful born again Christian who loved to share her faith with family and friends. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed and always remembered. We wish to thank the whole family for their support during Moms very brief illness, especially her brother and sister-in-law, Bert and Dolly Anderson who were with her in love, words and prayers, and her grandson Rory who held her hand, comforted her and made her smile. We would also like to thank the Seven Oaks Hospital for all the care they provided. Rest in peace, Mom Visitation Friday, March 24, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St., Winnipeg, MB. Funeral service Saturday, March 25 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wayside Gospel Chapel, Grand Marais, MB. Viewing at 12:00 noon with her nephew Jim Anderson officiating. Interment at Balsam Bay Cemetery. Active and honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons, Shawn Klatt and Lawrence, Greg, Gordon, Rory, Bentley, Jody, Bradley, Travis and Darren Patzer.
