MYRTLE LEITCH February 3, 1902 - March 19, 2000 Myrtle passed away peacefully on March 19, 2000 at Oakview Place at 98 years of age, with her daughter Valerie at her side. She was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Emma Brown; siblings, Jack (who lost his life during the Normandy Invasion), Bruce and Bernice. She was also predeceased by her husband Don Leitch. Myrtle leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Valerie Armstrong; Dons children, Donna and Richard and their families; grandchildren, Darien, Patricia, John, Melinda and Bruce and their families. She also leaves behind her devoted brother Lloyd (Alice) and their family. She will also be remembered by many other friends and relatives. Valerie would like to thank Lloyd, Rae and Lee for their many kindnesses shown to her mother. She would also like to thank all the staff at Oakview Place for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. It was Myrtles wish that she be cremated. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, March 25 at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (corner of Ness and Sturgeon).
