NOREEN MARGARET WACH (nee LUCE) After a brief struggle with cancer, Noreen died peacefully at her residence in Victoria, B.C. She is lovingly remembered by her husband Larry, of 46 years; a daughter Janine; brothers, Fred J. of Winnipeg, Vernon of Gault, Ont., and many nieces and cousins. Memorial Mass was held at St. Patricks Cathedral on March 17, 2000. Rest in Peace Dear Sister
