Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUBIN SHKLOV On March 17, 2000 at the Strathroy General Hospital (Strathroy, Ont.), Rubin Shklov passed away at the age of 78 years. Rubin is survived by his wife Sue; his daughter Janet, son-in-law Jan Russel; daughter Barbara; son Shane; grandchildren, Alan and Diane; and brother Nathan. Rubin was born in Winnipeg on January 3, 1922 and grew up in The Pas, Man. One of the great joys of his life was farming. He met the challenge almost instinctively and thrived on his immense love of the outdoors. The focus of his life was his family. His greatest pleasure was creating projects which will be forever treasured by those he leaves behind. His creatively lives on in his children and grandchildren. Donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
