Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEUGENIE MAZURKIEWICZ On Sunday, March 26, 2000, Eugenie Mazurkiewicz passed away at the age of 72 years at the Grace General Hospital. Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday March 29, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue with an Oblate Father officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. Viewing will be at the Church one half hour before service. Eugenie was born in Poland June 3, 1927 and came to Canada in 1972. She was employed as a seamstress until her illness forced her to retire. She was a member of Holy Ghost Parish for many years. Eugenia was a very loving person who was well liked by everyone she came in contact with. She enjoyed tending her garden and flowers. Her family will dearly miss her. Eugenie leaves to mourn her niece Danuta Amarowicz and husband Julian; great-nephew Miroslaw; great-niece Eva; her sister Helena Dudzik and husband Martin, all of Winnipeg; cousin Joe Kwiatkowski and his son Danny and family of Beausjour and Anola; her sister Janina Szymeczko and husband Michal; nephew Wladyslaw Mazurkiewicz and wife Elzbieta and family, in Poland; niece Wieslawa Florescu and husband George and family, in Australia. The family wish to thank the ladies of Home Care for all their care and kindess towards Euegenie. Extra special thanks to her neighbour Margaret and her friend Janina Zygarlicki for always being there for her.
