VICTOR ISAIAH WESLEY Peacefully on March 22, 2000, Victor Isaiah Wesley of Winnipeg, Manitoba entered into our heavenly fathers hands at the age of 68 years. Victor was born and raised in Koostatak, Manitoba. He is survived by his sisters, Juliette and Frances; his nieces, Matilda (Louis) Musuagon and Lorraine Wesley; his sister-in-law Irene Walker; his nephew Ron (Amelia) Wesley; his great nieces, Audra Wesley and Nellie (Ron) Wesley; his great nephews Dion Wesley, Kevin Wesley and Ronald Wesley; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Fisher River and Winnipeg. Victor was predeceased by his parents, Isaiah and Nellie Wesley; by his brothers Jim, Ernie and Dave; by three sisters, Lydia, Edna and Ella; and by nephew Stanley Traverse. Victor was a gentle and kind person, who was always thinking about his family and friends. He never spoke a harsh word, and he was always friendly and out going. He was loved and will surely be missed by all who knew him, both near and far. A wake service will be held on Wednesday, March 29 at 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 30 at 2:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Stevens Memorial United Church, Fisher River, Manitoba, with Rev. Gloria Muskego officiating. Interment will follow at the Fisher River Community Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Anderson Family Funeral Home, Ashern, Manitoba, 1-204-768-3606.
