MADELEINE PHILLIPS (nee SMITH) Peacefully, on Sunday, March 26, 2000, Mrs. Madeleine Phillips, beloved wife of the late James Phillips, passed away at the age of 90 years. She leaves to mourn her passing her children, Raymond (Clara) and Allan (Annette) grandchildren, Ronald (Kirsten), Janice (Pierre), Laurin, Daniel, Vincent, and Leanne (Todd) Young; great-grandchildren, Jessy-Lee and Jessica; sister-in-law Helen Smith, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Madeleine was predeceased by her sisters, Louise Arnott and Jeanne Harrison; brother David Smith, and by her stepson Norman Phillips. Funeral services will be held at the Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church in Ste. Anne, MB on Thursday, March 30. Fr. Louis Vielfaure will celebrate the funeral mass at 2:00 p.m. Madeleines family wishes to thank the staff at Villa Youville for giving Madeleine "happy days."
