EVELYN MAY HOLOWATIUK (ARNOTT) (NEE STONEY) Peacefully, on March 31, 2000, Evelyn May Holowatiuk, age 94 years passed away at West Park Manor. Evelyn was born November 26, 1905 in Winnipeg. Her summers were spent at Grand Beach, her favorite place in all the world. She was employed at the T. Eaton Co. for many years until her retirement. She married Bill Arnott and together they enjoyed 40 years of marriage raising their daughter Doreen. Bill predeceased her in 1963. In 1968, Evelyn met and married Michael Holowatiuk and they shared many happy years together until his death. She was predeceased by her brother Fred Stoney. Evelyn will be sadly missed by her only grandson Jim Merrifield and wife Karen and their children Jodi, and Clayton. She will also be missed by her sister Gladys Wilson and her daughter Beverly; and sister-in-law Gladys Stoney and her daughter Lynn and family. The family expresses their most sincere appreciation to the caregivers at West Park Manor for their care of Evelyn during the last five years. Private Graveside Service will be held.
